We recently commissioned Hardat to perform a significant demolition, excavation and build a modern extension to our period home. While we were very happy with the quality of workmanship, we were most impressed with Hardat efficiency and punctuality.We were never concerned about progress due to regular (often daily) updates.　 Chris was always on-site and always in control. While the extension had been designed by an architect, Chris provided his own suggestions to enhance the finished product.　 We too were able to make changes to the plan as the project took shape - Chris was very flexible and understanding.
